Added ability to resend invitations to your clients to join and complete tasks in the Client portal

If your client has not yet accepted the original invitation or completed key tasks in their Client portal, you can now resend this invitation to encourage them to join and complete their Fact-Find, verify their identity, track their mortgage application and much more.

The invitations can be resent from the Summary page of your client’s case and selecting Verify Identity from the top menu. This will send a new email to your client which contains a link to the portal and instructions on how to get started.

Improved the layout of the Suitability Letter Template editor screens

The Suitability Letter template editing screen will now fit to your browser window when you are making changes. You will be able to move through the template field or token list without affecting the other and the headers remaining locked to the top of the screen.

Added a step-by-step guide to the Data Import page

You can now find the helpful instructions and a step-by-step guide on how to import your existing mortgage cases into your Smart365 directly from the Data Import page.

Barclays Integration

Added validation with detailed error messages relating to the use of special characters in first names, last names and email addresses to match the requirements from Barclays.

Removed the ability to submit Product Transfer as part of the remortgage, as Barclays are not supporting this as part of the integration.

Minor Improvements

Resolved an issue where the adviser mobile number was incorrectly being entered into the Suitability letter in place of the adviser landline number.

Resolved a broken shortcut link to download the Homebuyer mobile app, which is provided to your clients inside the Client portal.
