Reset Client Login
If your clients are having any issues logging in to their Smartr365 portal, you can now reset their login credentials and send the new invitation directly from the Case Summary screen. This can be found in the drop-down menu beside your client's name on the Case Summary screen and clicking “Reset Client Login”.
This should be used in scenarios where your client is reporting that the login is failing or if they are having problems with the “Forgotten my password” wizard.
This feature will not reset the Fact-Find, Document Store, or any additional information on the case. This will simply reset their username and password, requiring the client to login again to continue using Smartr365 as normal.
“Known As” field added to Client information
An additional field is now available on Smartr365 to capture the “Known as” name of your clients. This is available to complete during the Fact-Find for your clients and will display for you on the case summary page and within the Fact-Find PDF export.
