This week we've introduced two new features to the platform, eConveyancer, and Choose the Client Portal sections, among other smaller improvements.

Check out the latest updates from this release below.

e-Conveyancer

When users reach Pre-offer processing, if the firm has eConveyancer set up, we now trigger a modal to prompt the user to create a conveyancing quote. This is triggered if the status is changed from the Workflow, Case Summary or Mortgages screen.

We have also made several other improvements, mapping the data from the Smartr365 Fact Find to the modal. Please speak to your Customer Success Rep if interested in our e-Conveyancer tool.

Choose Client Portal sections


You can now select which sections of the Client Portal to display to your client when creating a new case and sending out the Fact Find invitation email. This suggestion received 127 votes on UserVoice.

You can do so when creating a New Case and from the Case Summary once a case exists by clicking on Invite to Fact Find. You can also update your selection at any time and republish to your client.

OpenWork ConcertHub Progress Bar

  • We have introduced a progress bar for OpenWork ConcertHub users to see the progress of their application and where things have gone wrong and need correction.

Other changes include:

  • We now create a PDF of the Fact Find at every status.

  • We have removed the Beta flag for NatWest.

  • We have improved the error message for when a protection case is transferred.

  • In the Client Portal, we now display the anticipated retirement income.

Bug fixes:

  • We resolved an issue where downloads were failing if many were requested

  • We resolved an issue with the Client Portal where Existing Cover cases displayed in the Documents page dropdown

  • We resolved an issue with the Experian service where it failed to create a credit report when space on end of middle name

  • We resolved an issue where when the user was editing the Existing client Fact Find selection - no sections were selected by default

  • We resolved an issue where the repayment amount field was not displayed in the Fact Find PDF document

  • We resolved an issue where the completed mortgage was still displayed when the status was moved back

  • We resolved an issue in the Fact Find where the Save button was enabled when no changes were made

  • We resolved an issue where the confirmation message when invited from the Summary was not displayed

  • We resolved an issue where the 'Send Email' button was disabled if none of the sections selected

  • We resolved an issue where a System Administrator moved a Mortgage case backwards from Completed, then the automatically created Remortgage opportunity was not deleted

  • We resolved an issue with the Nationwide integration where a Submission error was displayed for new Sources of Funds

  • We resolved an issue in the Client Portal where Multiple acknowledgements were not displayed in preview

  • We resolved an issue with Solution Builder where there was an Index out of Range error

  • We resolved an issue with the Client Portal where there was an error navigating to the Fact Find
