New Case changes
Smartr have improved the New Case flow to allow advisers to send a To Do list with various options for client to complete.
This will allow advisers to include the Bank Statements and Credit history services which Smartr will be launching soon.
The screenshots below show the new screens and the email the client will receive which is automatically updated based on the selected To Dos.
SmartrInsights updates with Power BI
Smartr have released improved triggers to send data to the Power BI reporting.
These include additional updates for Protection cases, and for Introducer and Adviser deletions.
This week, we have added new capabilities for mapping from Fact Find to Leeds BS, TSB, Aldermore and Accord.
Live now, you can send through Fact Find information for:
Remortgage applications
Purchasing mortgages where the applicant has additional properties
Financial commitment information will now pass from the Fact Find to the lender portal, as will information about any existing properties that the applicants map have.
