Launching connections to four new lenders

Smartr365 has integrated with four new lenders via its partnership with Iress LenderConnect:

Smartr365 will now pre-populate information from the Fact Find across to the respective lender’s portal.

In our first release we are supporting First Time Buyer, Residential Purchase, Single Applicant DIP applications.

Adding Telephone number to the Data Import

We have added a column for a client’s telephone number to our import csv files. This has been added to all three import options: Lead Import, Mortgage Case Import and Protection Case Import.

Note that because the template is in csv format, we cannot apply text formatting to specific fields.

By default in excel, if you type in ‘+44’ or ‘004479’ it will remove the leading 00 and save as a number.

If you wish to add international phone numbers, you will need to format the telephone column on your template to be a text field.
