In our final major release of 2024, we focused on improving areas of the platform.

Client Portal
2nd applicant on a joint case was disappearing when editing certain fact find fields on the client portal. Both applicants now remain in all cases.
On some screens, a refresh was required to reflect edits to sections. A refresh is now not required and changes will show in real time upon saving
Several users requested the ability to turn SmartrCalculators OFF by default. We have set this as OFF by default for all Client Portal users. If you would prefer this functionality to be turned ON, please contact support.
Solution Builder
When quoting a multi-benefit policy via Solution Builder, only 1 of the benefits was showing on the case when added. All benefits added to the case now show.
When a Business Protection quote was added to a case via Solution Builder, it was appearing as Critical Illness. This now shows as Business Protection
Added Overtime, Bonus, and Commission to Solution Builder quotes added to case

Resolved styling issues on the Fact Find navigation menu
When accessing Existing properties via a single applicant for a joint case, you would only see that applicant. You can now see both applicants
Some System Administrators were unable to delete clients if they had additional roles (Adviser etc). System Administrators can now complete the action regardless of any additional roles.
Some fields were not showing in the Fact Find PDF, we have now added all relevant fields to the PDF
Removed 'Remortgage Contact Date' on non Remortgage case types
Remortgage Contact Date was not auto calculating on certain case types. This now works on all relevant case types
Updated some error modals to be clearer on required resolution
Improved styling on Econveyancer Modal
When quoting Econveyancer, you are now redirected to the Conveyancing Quotes page
Added the Task Due Date to the 'Due' column
