Smartr365 has been working to make some updates to recent features which were released as part of the Homebuyer Hub and Homebuyer App changes.
Some users were having issues uploading SVG logos onto the platform for introducers. We have updated this code to fix these issues.
Users are getting logged out of smartr while still having Homebuyer Hub open, which is causing issues when the user then tries to create an asset. We now check if you are still logged in, before attempting to create the marketing assets.
We have cc’d the adviser onto the emails which ask a customer to create an account, or ask a user to complete their Fact Find. This way advisers can follow up with their clients directly.
We have updated the ‘New Lead’ module, to remove the checkbox to invite to platform. This was based on feedback from customers that this was confusing. Further enhancements to streamline this invite process have been planned for the future.
The homebuyer app will now show a ToDo for the user to complete their FactFind, if they were invited to do so. This will launch the client portal, where the user can complete the information required for the mortgage advice process. The same log in can be used for both the Homebuyer App and the Client Portal Fact Find.
Other changes include the stamp duty calculator on the client portal has been updated to the most recent rates as per government guidelines.
