This week we have released a brand new screen to manage your introducer network and streamline their access to the Introducer Portal. Find out more below and be sure to check out the new improvements in the Smartr365 platform!
Manage your introducer network
We recently released new functionality to help grow and manage your introducer network. They can now use QR codes, links, text or email to add new leads via the HomeBuyer app. They can then track their leads and the conversion via the Introducer Portal.
But how do I set up my introducers to get this access? This week we have launched a new screen to make this easier.
System Admin or Manager roles in Smartr365 have access to ‘Introducer’ on the navigation stack.
Start by adding a new introducer company
Then add the introducer branches and introducer users
Once an introducer user is added, they will get an invite to log into the platform and will get access to the Introducer Portal
An introducer CEO sits at the top of the hierarchy and will have view access of all leads send in via the introducer company
Branch managers have view access on all leads sent in via that introducer branch
Negotiators sit in the branch and only have access to view and track their own leads
Introducer CEOs can also add branches and negotiators by clicking on ‘Manage Users’ on their portal.
Other updates on Smartr365 released this week:
On the mortgage case, we have added some details around fees:
New ‘Misc fee’ for brokerages to track anything which does not fit into the other fee types. There is also an option to select if this has been paid yet, and when it was paid. These fields remain editable post completion status
New ‘Fee Paid dates’ added for each of the following; Client fee, Proc fee and Solicitor fees
Based on customer feedback, ‘Show completed cases’ filter on the Kanban has been reinstated
A new document type has been added to the Document Store for the completed FactFind. Select ‘Other Documents’ , then select ‘FactFind’ when uploading a saved FactFind.
We identified and fixed a bug with SmartrTalk: error messages were reported by customers when users scheduled a call without a description field. We have fixed this problem so that a description is no longer required.
Our engineers have been busy upgrading our Angular project to the latest version. You won’t notice any changes visually but the system will benefit from improved speed.
