Smartr365 has released the following changes this week:
Scheduling a call with SmartrTalk will now add a note to the case notes with the meeting details to help with case audit and tracking.
We launched our new website on Smartr365.com. We have updated our Release Notes and Features to be linked from within the Customer Support panel.

We noticed that on the View Case button, occasionally a spinning wheel was occurring. We were able to determine this was happening for cases where there were joint applicants on a mortgage with additional properties owned, and each client was viewed respectively. This pesky bug has been fixed by our engineers.
Duplicate protection policies for joint applicants where being pulled through into the excel export on the protection reporting. This has now been fixed.
