Updated over a week ago

We have made many exciting updates to Smartr365 this release. Check out what we've been up to below.

You can see all Release notes by clicking HERE

Updated Mortgage Form

We've made some improvements to our Mortgage form based on your feedback.

We've reordered the Mortgage form layout to more closely reflect the mortgage advice process moving Fact Find information to the top including Needs and Preferences, Property Information and Source of Funds. We've also introduced a new Save and Quote button to provide greater flexibility on when you want to source.

An additional change, currently in development and due for release in November, will further improve the Mortgage form by separating information that may be populated to sourcing in the Mortgage Information section. A new section below, Mortgage Case Information will include details of the recommendation including data pulled back from sourcing (or manually added).

We've added "Is a packager being used?" to the Mortgage Information section.

We've added a field for "Current Monthly Mortgage Payment" to remortgage cases.

We've updated the "Why is the client re-mortgaging?" question to request more information if applicable.

Email

We now allow the option for users to choose whether to send emails from a System Administrator or a Broker from Notes and the Workflow page.

Please note: We have further work to come in this area.

Experian

We've removed commitments with £0 outstanding from pulling through to Smartr365.

We've mapped more Credit History data from Experian to Smartr365 including Arrears and Defaults, resulting in less manual re-keying.

We now allow users with Experian to run a Credit Search from the Case Summary screen so the same journey can be applied from any credit check reference point in Smartr365.

We now display the Lender when "Other" Loan type is selected, populating more information into the Fact Find for you.

We now display an error message with clear next steps when the firm has exceeded the monthly subscription credits.

Sesame network users

Document Templates | You can now choose whether to produce a Suitability report as a Word doc or PDF. We have added an additional Finalise as Word Doc button. If selected, you'll be asked to confirm you want to finalise the document as Word and will save it in the Document Store.

Protection Reviews | For Sesame network users, we have added a new field, "Protection Review Discussion" and a notes box for advisers to provide more information about the protection review conversation.

GBG ID check | We now display a warning on the Verify Identity tab if a check is over 90 days old. We also display the result of the GBG check in the Network Case Review Portal for compliance.

New Improvements

We've also made the following improvements:

In the Client portal, the client is now able to view and download the Company Acknowledgment.

Once a client accepts the company acknowledgement documents, we now store the company acknowledgments in the Document store.

We have improved the mapping of self-employed fields to SourcingBrain for Sole traders, Contractors, Limited Liability Partners and Limited Companies. All of these fields in Smartr365 will map to the Salary field in SourcingBrain.

We now map the following fields:

  1. If the user clicks on Sole trader type, they must provide Profit before tax year 1

  2. If the user clicks on Contractor, they must provide Total Income before Tax Year 1

  3. If the user clicks on Limited Liability Partner, they must provide Share of Net profit before Tax year 1

  4. If the user clicks on Limited Company, they must provide Director's salary

We have removed the accordions from the Tasks view so you can see all Tasks at first view again.

We have added a Primary Employment Indicator to signal the client's primary employment if more than one employment record.

We have added the ability to set an Anticipated Retirement Income in the Future Income section.
