Unable to submit to concert hub

If you are unable to submit to Concert Hub, please check if the following known issues are present in the case.

1. Often Customers tend to edit the Quote Product Code on the case after Sourced via Solution Builder.

This should be avoided. If it was edited accidentally by some means,

They source the product again using Solution Builder and click 'Add to case' Button as below

2. Customers need to contact Smartr if the issue is related with Concert Hub Submission within Smartr365 platform.

3. If the Issue is post submission and in the Concert Portal, they need to contact Openwork Support.

4. If any change is done to the case after hitting Send data to Concert, customers should again press the button to see whether the submissions go through.

If further error occurs, then the date difference on the error message should be checked if it was the recent submission or the past submission.

6. Product code: 5879 can only have a benefit period of 1 year as per Openwork

7. Product Real Life has only Life Cover allowed

8. Company Net profit should not have negative value

Validations which Advisors need to be aware of (Fixed by Smartr -Error message will be displayed in the UI to aid easier access for Customers):

· Quote Product Code should not be empty, it is mandatory

· Need to check the Quote Product Code, if it is a protection case - should be 4 digits.

· Interest Rate need to be set within limits (0.01 – 20) ( Fact find->Existing Property->Current Rate).

· Lender reference field cannot have more than 25 characters

· If Primary Nationality is not set, Secondary Nationality should not be entered.

· Employer Trading Name should not exceed 100 characters

· Interest Only Amount must be greater than 0 ( under Mortgage Information -reflexive field upon choosing part and part on repayment method).

· Standard Variable Rate is mandatory

· Standard Variable Rate' must be between 0 and 100

· Arrangement Fee- must not be more than 7 digits in total, with allowance for 2 decimals in Smartr.

· Employment Status is mandatory, must not be empty

· Repayment amount should be more than 0 on Existing properties and under Mortgage section.

· Other Income description should be within 100 characters as shown below

Known Issues due to which Case submissions to CH may fail :

· Additional funds to raise under Mortgage->Mortgage Information should be a non-zero value.

· Policy Interest rate under Protection -> Existing Cover should be within the range of 1 to 20.

· Term month on Mortgage Case Information should be withing range 0 to 11

· Field ‘Estimated Number of Years remaining that they will be dependant'' under dependent section should be within 1 and 100.

· Application date under Existing cover should be a date in past

· ‘Term remaining on lease’ under Mortgage->Property Information- should be greater than or equal to 1.

· Rate Expiry Date on Mortgage Information should be in future

· ‘Interest Only Amount’ must be greater than 0 ( under Mortgage Information -reflexive field upon choosing part and part on repayment method).

After performing any of these changes- Please click on 'Send Data to Concert Hub' button again.
