How to Submit via IRESS Lending Hub

Guide for submitting mortgage applications to IRESS Lending Hub through SmartrConnect, including supported lenders and mandatory fields.

Overview

IRESS Lending Hub is available through SmartrConnect and supports DIP submissions to multiple lenders. It pre-populates your case data from the Fact Find into the lender's application form.

Before You Start

  • Feature flag: The specific lender must be enabled for your firm

  • Credentials: Your adviser credentials for the chosen lender must be saved in Settings > My Credentials

  • Case data: The case must have a mortgage product selected

Current Employment

Fact Find > Employment

At least one current employment record per applicant

Per-Applicant Income Verifiability (Required)

For each applicant, you must confirm whether the following income types are verifiable:

  • Commission — Is commission income verifiable?

  • Overtime — Is overtime income verifiable?

  • Bonus — Is bonus income verifiable?

Fact Find Sections to Complete

  • Personal Details (both applicants if joint)

  • Address History

  • Current Employment & Income

  • Property Details

  • Mortgage Details (loan amount, term, repayment method)

How to Submit

  1. Open the case and navigate to SmartrConnect from the top toolbar

  2. Select the lender from the dropdown

  3. Select DIP Pre-Pop as the application type

  4. Complete the income verifiability flags for each applicant

  5. Accept the disclaimer

  6. Click Submit

After Submission

Smartr365 automatically polls for results every 8 seconds:

  • Pending — Submitted, awaiting lender decision

  • Completed — Decision received

  • Validation Failed — Data issue. Review the error details

  • Login Failed — Credential issue. Update in Settings > My Credentials

  • Error Occurred — System error. Note the reference number and contact support

Check the lender's feature flag is enabled for your firm

"No employments found" error

Add a current employment record in Fact Find > Employment

Validation errors with specific field names

A modal will show which fields need correcting

Login Failed

Update lender credentials in Settings > My Credentials
