PaymentShield and Uinsure 'Side by Side'

You are now able to choose to quote via Uinsure and PaymentShield via a 'side by side' experience. This feature gives you flexibility to compare quotes to get the most competitive outcome for your client

Halifax API upgrade and DIP resubmission

We have upgraded the Halifax API to v5 and have made it possible for you to resubmit a DIP within 90days (Please note: This is only possible where the entire process has been completed via SmartrConnect)

We also now allow special characters on the address history

L&G Procuration Fee API

Smartr365 is now integrated with L&G Procuration Fee API which will check your cases each night and either: a) pull back any details and add them to the case OR b) add an entry to the audit trail advising no record found.

NOTE: You must raise the claim via Smartr and using Moneybar in order for the fees to show in the case.

Remortgage Emails

In our last release, we changed the way remortgage emails are sent. After some quick feedback, we have made a tweak to ensure Advisers are CC'd onto each email sent to clients.

Bug Fixes

  • 'Number of Acres' was not saving when completing the Mortgages section of the Fact Find. This now saves as expected

  • 'Central Heating' dropdown now appears when Buyer Type is 'Raise Funds'

  • We have resolved an issue on the client portal where the 'Save' button was remaining 'greyed out' even when all fields were filled.

  • We have fixed some aesthetic issues with the Experian 'Pre Population' modal

  • We found an issue where joint dependents were not showing when viewing in the context of a single case; this now works as expected.
