We have transitioned several in-platform reports into enhanced PowerBI dashboards. These changes improve visibility, provide advanced filtering, and deliver a more interactive reporting experience.
Important Note on Data:
The purpose of this guide is to show the structural and functional differences between in-platform reports and their new PowerBI versions. The two reporting environments are based on different data refresh points, time periods, and data models, so the numbers in the screenshots will not match.
This is expected and does not indicate a reporting error - the focus of this document is on how reporting capabilities have changed, not the values themselves.

Fees and Reconciliation Report
The new Fees & Reconciliation report in Power BI consolidates several legacy in-platform reports into a single, centralised view. Previously, users needed to access three different reports to track mortgage business and related fees:
· Pipeline Report – showed all adviser pipeline cases including written, offered and completed.
· Mortgages Written Report – showed adviser written cases and commission earned.
· Mortgages Completed Report – showed adviser completed cases.
All three of these reports have now been replaced by the Power BI Fees & Reconciliation dashboard.
What’s Changed
Before (In-Platform Pipeline / Conversion Report)
· Users had to view Pipeline, Mortgages Written, and Mortgages Completed reports separately to understand case progress and fees.
· Each report showed a different stage of the mortgage journey, with no single view of the full lifecycle.
· There was no built-in fee reconciliation - users had to manually check commission statements against written and completed cases.
· Tracking paid vs unpaid fees required multiple exports and manual cross-referencing.
· Introducer and adviser filtering was limited and inconsistent across reports.
After (Power BI Fees & Reconciliation Report)
· Clear visibility of proc fees, client fees, and solicitor fees in a single, filterable view.
· Enhanced filtering options allow users to tailor the report view to their needs:
o Workflow Status (multi-select)
o Product (Mortgage / Protection / Home Insurance)
o Mortgage Type and Buyer Type
o Submission Date and Completion Date
o Adviser, Introducer, Fee Type, Fee Paid Status, Not Proceeding
· Use Ctrl + Click to enable multiple filter selection
· Real-time reconciliation tracking with clear paid vs unpaid fee breakdowns.
· Interactive visualisation with adviser, introducer, and product-level insights.
· Greater ability to drill down into specific case groups without exporting data.
Benefits for Users
· Greater flexibility – filter by workflow stage, product, dates, or fee status.
· Faster reporting – replaces static reporting with dynamic filtering.
· Improved financial clarity – instantly see paid vs unpaid amounts.
· Better reconciliation control – easily identify and action outstanding fees.
· Enhanced visibility – toggle between mortgage, protection, and home insurance.
· Accurate, up-to-date data – refreshed multiple times daily during Beta.
· Simple multi-select – hold Ctrl to select multiple options at once.
Adviser Conversion Report / Commission Statement
The Adviser Conversion Report has been upgraded from the in-platform version to a new, interactive PowerBI dashboard. The purpose of the report remains the same: to track advisers’ mortgage conversion performance and view detailed case-level data.
What’s Changed
Before (In-Platform Adviser Conversion Report)
· Displayed adviser conversion information in a static table format.
· Included provider, solicitor, dates submitted/offered/completed, client name, adviser, introducer, negotiator, amount, and commission.
· Limited filtering options (mainly date and adviser).
· Data presented per case but with minimal analysis or visualisation options.
After (PowerBI Commission Statement)
· Same data set and overall purpose - adviser conversion tracking - but presented in an enhanced PowerBI dashboard.
· Dynamic filters allow users to search by Adviser, Lender, Negotiator, Introducer Company, Product Type, and Date.
· Introduces a Workflow Status dropdown to filter cases by stage in the journey, enabling more targeted reporting.

· Enhanced reporting flexibility – combine multiple filters for tailored outputs.
Mortgage Lead Flow Report
The Mortgage Lead Flow Report in PowerBI replaces the in-platform Lead Origin Report.
The purpose of this report remains the same - to show how new leads are introduced to the business and track their movement through the lead-to-conversion journey. The new PowerBI version enhances visibility with advanced filtering, adviser-level performance, and real-time insights into lead progression.
What’s Changed
Before (In-Platform Lead Origin Report)

· Showed only summary information such as total leads, monthly average, and last lead date.
· Offered minimal filtering (e.g., introducer, mortgage type, and date).
· Did not track the progress of leads through stages or show conversion metrics.
· Static table format with no ability to drill down by adviser or negotiator.
After (PowerBI Mortgage Lead Flow Report)
· Tracks the same lead data but in a dynamic PowerBI dashboard.
· Provides lead performance by adviser, including the number of leads, pending, NPW (not proceeding), and converted leads.
· Allows filtering by Introducer Company, Adviser, Negotiator, Lender, and Lead Date.
· Displays lead progression and conversion counts per adviser over time.
· Supports drill-down views to quarterly and monthly lead data.
· Interactive design with sortable tables and real-time figures.
