How to Use Reports in Smartr365

Overview

Smartr365 includes a comprehensive set of built-in reports that help you track your business performance across mortgages, protection, referrals, and more. All reports can be filtered and exported to CSV.

Getting Started

Where to find it: Click Reports in the left-hand navigation menu. The default view opens the Introducer Lead Flow report.

Who can access it: Reports must be enabled for your firm. Individual reports may be restricted based on your user permissions -- you will only see reports you have access to in the navigation menu.

After setting your filters, click Generate Report to view the results. Use Clear Filters to reset all filters.

Note: CSV export must be enabled for your firm. If you do not see the export option, contact your System Administrator.
