Updated over a week ago

Halifax FMA - Get and Display Solicitor Details
Solicitor details are now correctly retrieved and displayed within the Halifax FMA form. This helps advisers confirm solicitor information before submission and reduces the risk of incomplete lender applications.

Halifax FMA - Submission Handling
The submit application in the Halifax FMA formhas been improved to provide clearer feedback while a submission is processing. Duplicate submission attempts are now prevented, helping reduce lender side case locking caused by repeated clicks.

Case import - Lender details now display correctly
Following a successful case import with valid lender data, the lender name and associated lender fields will now display correctly in the case UI. Imported cases now surface lender information in the same way as manually created cases.

Case email replies now appear in the History tab
An issue has been resolved where emails sent from a case (History tab → Compose Email) could include an incorrect Reply To address, resulting in client replies not being received or shown in the Adviser Portal.

Outgoing case emails now use noreply@smartr365.com as the Reply To address, and client replies will now appear in the case History tab, with the option for advisers to reply directly from the email thread.

Case Job Title now visible
We are now displaying the Job Title for historic cases following the move to the new Occupation dropdown experience for all Solution Builder users. Previously saved Job Title values will again be visible on existing cases, ensuring advisers can review employment history without missing information.

Notifications on Advisor Portal for Client uploads
Advisor Portal notifications are now available for client document uploads from the Homebuyer App. Once a client file upload completes processing, advisers will see a bell notification containing the client name and case ID. Selecting the notification takes the adviser directly to the case document store.

Homebuyer - Existing Properties
Saving behaviour in Existing Properties has been corrected so values now persist reliably. This prevents re-entry of property information and improves confidence that fact find data is captured successfully.

Remember Filters (Workflow)
Workflow filters are now remembered consistently. Users should see their previously selected filter preferences retained, reducing repeated setup and improving day to day usability.

Paymentshield Suggested dates now clickable
When no appointments are available, Paymentshield returns a list of alternative dates which were previously shown as static text. Suggested dates in the “other dates” list are now clickable, and selecting one will automatically populate the Date input field to make submitting a referral quicker and easier.

Product Transfer Cases: Proc fee claim fixed
An issue has been resolved where Product Transfer mortgage cases could fail proc fee claiming if Property Sub Type was not selected during case creation. Property Sub Type will now default to Standard when not explicitly set, ensuring proc fee claims succeed as expected without impacting existing cases that already have a value.

Experian Open Banking: Document upload now completes successfully
An issue affecting Experian Open Banking applications has been resolved where the resulting document could fail to upload after submission. Submissions now correctly return with the expected document, ensuring the upload completes successfully and the document is available as intended.
