Introducing Halifax Full Mortgage Application's
We are very pleased to announce that we now support Full Mortgage Applications with Halifax directly through Smartr Connect.
You can now get from Decision in Principle (DIP) right through to Full Mortgage Application (FMA), without needing to rekey data or switch platforms.
This new integration allows you to submit applications seamlessly via Halifax's API, including reprocessing and resubmissions when applicant details or lender criteria change.
The Halifax launch marks a major step forward in digitising the end-to-end mortgage process, reducing admin time, improving accuracy, and strengthening compliance across broker firms.
This enhancement builds on our existing lender connectivity and continues our mission to create a fully connected mortgage journey for advisers and their clients.
Email Reply & Enhanced Email View
We’ve introduced new Reply functionality and improved how emails are displayed across Smartr365 to make client communication faster, clearer, and more transparent for advisers.
Reply and Reply All
When viewing a received email, you can now choose Reply or Reply All directly within Smartr365.
The original message moves down, and a new editable reply section appears.
Received emails
When you open a received email, you’ll now see full details including Sender, Recipients, CCs, Subject, and the Body of the message.
This gives you full visibility of who was included in the conversation before replying.
Sent emails
When you open a sent email from your history tab, you’ll now see the complete message record.
This ensures you have a full, accurate record of all outgoing communications.
