Sometimes a case may be cancelled by a client or lender. You can mark this case as NPW which will close the case.
To mark a case as NPW
Open the case
On the Case summary Page -click on Edit button
Click on Mortgage Information and Expand the section
Click on the Not Proceeded With option as below.
Select a reason for not proceeding with the case (this is useful for your records).
Finally, click save and the case will then be marked as Not Proceeded With.
OR
If you wish to create a copy of the case hit the button : Save and Copy details to new mortgage.
