Sometimes a case may be cancelled by a client or lender. You can mark this case as NPW which will close the case.

To mark a case as NPW open the case on the case summery page.

Select edit mortgage.

Check the Not Proceeded With box.

Select a reason for not proceeding with the case (this is useful for your records).

Click save and the case will then be marked as Not Proceeded With.
