To mark a mortgage case as Redeemed, simply:
Open the Mortgage policy
Open the Mortgage information section
Mark the status as Completed
For the question, Is the mortgage redeemed? Select Yes if redeemed
Select the reason for the Redeemed status, and provide details if necessary
Enter the Date redeemed
Click Save
8. On clicking Save, you'll be able to see that the case was Completed and Redeemed. The 'R' label represents the case being Redeemed.
