At the top of the Case and Workflow pages, you will find filters that allow you to customise the information displayed to you. These filters help you narrow down the cases that you want to focus on.

When you select a filter, it will modify the information shown to you on the Case or Workflow pages. This means that you can easily view specific types of cases based on your preferences.

Here are the available filters:

  • Mortgages: This filter shows all Mortgage cases.

  • Life: This filter shows all Life cases.

  • Buildings: This filter shows all B&C (Buildings and Contents) cases.

  • Pensions: This filter shows all Pension cases.

  • Investments: This filter shows all Investment cases.

  • Introducers: This filter allows you to select cases from a specific introducer or company.

  • Lenders: This filter will show cases for a selected Lender.

  • Advisers: This filter will show cases for a selected Adviser.

  • Solicitors: This filter will show cases for a selected Solicitor.

  • Statuses: This filter will show cases for a selected Case Status.

  • Created Date: This filter will show cases created on a selected date.

  • Follow up date: This filter will show cases with a selected follow-up date.

By using these filters, you can easily navigate through your cases or workflows and focus on the specific information that is relevant to you. This helps streamline your workflow and improve efficiency in managing your tasks.
