The Clear Filters button resets all filters on the Cases page back to their default settings.
What it resets
When you click Clear Filters, the following changes are applied:
Case statuses - Reset to show in-flight cases only (completed and archived cases are hidden).
Adviser, Introducer, Lender, and Solicitor filters - All cleared (no specific selection).
Date range and Follow-up date filters - Cleared.
Search text - Cleared.
Buyer type and Mortgage product type filters - Cleared.
Product type tab - Stays on your currently selected product type (Mortgages, Protection, etc.).
Where to find it
The Clear Filters button is located in the filter bar above the cases list. If you are on a smaller screen, you may need to open the filter panel first by tapping the filter icon.
Expanding filter options
To access additional filters beyond the defaults, click the "More" button in the filter bar. This reveals extra options such as date ranges, buyer types, and mortgage product types.
