This guide explains the fields included in the Credit History section of the fact find.

Fact Find > Credit History

This section is used to record Additional Credit, Other Credit Applications, Arrears, Debt Relief, Guarantor, Payday Loans, Debt Management, Individual Voluntary Agreement, Repossessions, Bankruptcy, CCJ, Convictions, and Defaults.

The scroll bar to the right of each form can be used to navigate through all fields in this section, selecting ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ next to each option to indicate whether or not they apply to each applicant.

If you select ‘Yes’, the system will prompt you to add additional information.

You can save any changes by clicking the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of each form.
