Solution Builder is the protection sourcing tool built into Smartr365. It allows you to source and compare insurance quotes from multiple providers directly within a case.
How to source with Solution Builder
Open the relevant case in Smartr365.
Navigate to the Top Toolbar and select Sourcing.
Select Solution Builder from the sourcing options.
Click Launch Solution Builder. This will open the Solution Builder interface, pre-populated with client and case data from the fact find.
Review the client's demands and needs, adjust criteria if required, and run the quote search.
Review the returned quotes -- you can compare products by provider, premium, and solution type.
Select the products you wish to proceed with and click to add them to the case.
After sourcing
Once you have sourced quotes, you can return to the case and click View Quotes to see the insurance quotes you have saved. The quotes table shows the product, provider, premium, and solution type for each saved quote. Click View Details on any quote to see the full breakdown.
Available reports
Solution Builder can generate the following reports for your client:
Enhanced Protection Comparison Report -- A detailed comparison of the sourced products.
Quote Illustration -- Individual quote illustrations for the client.
Application Pack -- The full application pack for proceeding with the selected products.
