The layout and status columns of the Workflow page cannot be customised, because each stage is designed to trigger automated actions that help streamline your process.
What you can do
While you cannot change the Workflow stages, there are several ways to tailor your experience:
Filter by product type -- Switch between Mortgage, Protection, Home Insurance, Pension, and Investment workflows using the filter options at the top of the page.
Filter by adviser -- If you manage a team, filter the Workflow to show only cases assigned to a particular adviser.
Sort overdue cases -- Use the sort dropdown in the top-right corner to choose whether overdue cases appear first or last in each column.
Search -- Use the search bar to quickly find a specific case.
Workflow Builder (automated tasks)
System Administrators can configure automated tasks that trigger when a case moves to a particular status. This is managed through Settings > Workflow Builder and allows you to set up task assignments for each workflow stage without changing the stages themselves.
