What do the colours on the workflow page mean?

The colours on the Workflow page indicate the urgency of each case based on its follow-up date.

Red accent

A case with a red accent beside it means the case's follow-up date has passed and it is now overdue. This is a visual prompt to prioritise that case and take action.

Days indicator

Cases may also display a days counter (e.g. "3 days") which shows how many days remain before the follow-up date is due. This helps you plan ahead and manage your pipeline proactively.

No colour accent

Cases without a coloured accent have a follow-up date that is either not set or is not yet approaching.

Using the Overdue sort option

You can control whether overdue cases appear at the top or bottom of each column by using the sort dropdown in the top-right corner of the Workflow page. Choose Overdue First to prioritise them, or Overdue Last to push them to the bottom.
