You can control whether overdue cases appear at the top or bottom of each Workflow column using the sort option.
How to change the overdue sort order
Open the Workflow page from the left-hand navigation bar.
In the top-right corner of the page, locate the sort dropdown.
Select one of the two options:
Overdue First -- Overdue cases appear at the top of each status column. This is the default setting.
Overdue Last -- Overdue cases are moved to the bottom of each column.
When to use each option
Use Overdue First if you want to prioritise catching up on cases that have passed their follow-up date.
Use Overdue Last if you prefer to focus on upcoming cases and deal with overdue items later.
Your selection applies to all columns on the Workflow page and takes effect immediately.
