Linking your Smartr365 and Nationwide accounts is done automatically using your email address and brokerage FCA number. There are no additional steps to linking your two accounts.

If you are having any issues with the two accounts being linked, ensure you are using the same email address for your Smartr365 and NFI logins and ensure your FCA number is set correctly in the ‘Branding’ section of your Smartr365 settings. Note this setting is only available to the ‘CEO’ login class.
