Getting Setup with Nationwide

Linking your Smartr365 and Nationwide accounts is done automatically using your email address and your brokerage's FCA number. There are no manual setup steps required to connect the two accounts.

How the integration works

The Nationwide integration (NFI) matches your Smartr365 account to your Nationwide broker portal account using two pieces of information:

  • Your email address in Smartr365

  • Your firm's FCA number

Once matched, you can submit Decision in Principle (DIP) and Full Mortgage Application (FMA) submissions directly from within a case via SmartrConnect.

Submitting via SmartrConnect

  1. Open a mortgage case and navigate to SmartrConnect in the Top Toolbar.

  2. Select Nationwide as the lender.

  3. Review the pre-populated application data and submit your DIP or FMA.

Troubleshooting

If you are having issues with your accounts being linked:

  • Ensure you are using the same email address for both your Smartr365 login and your NFI portal login.

  • Verify your FCA number is set correctly in Settings > Branding. Note: this setting is only available to the System Administrator login class.

  • If issues persist, contact Smartr365 support for assistance.
