How to add another lender to Smartr

System Admin rights are required.

Other lenders can be added to Smartr, you can also select where these lenders appear e.g. Mortgage Cases, Protection Cases, Buildings and Contents, Investments and Pensions.

To add a new lender go to Settings > Lenders & Providers.

Click add Provider/Lender

Enter the bank name as well as the products this bank covers, this will ensure the lender appears in the correct place.

You can also select which lenders appear for certain types of cases e.g. if ABC Bank only provides protection loans click the checkbox and deselect the others this will ensure that ABC Bank will appear in the protection lender dropdown.
