Yes, Smartr365 allows you to create multiple system admin who gets access to all cases across all teams but not to own cases. This role type is great for someone who needs to report across the business or for compliance to have access to all cases for review purposes.
To add another system admin, or to swap who has this access, you can do this by navigating to Settings on the left-hand menu followed by user management, and selecting Users.
To add a new administrator, click on the add new user button. Fill out the user profile including first name, last name, email, and phone number. Once you have filled out the form you can assign a role at the bottom, then click on save the profile.
The new system admin will then be able to log in by entering their email address, then clicking on the sign up now button and creating a new password. Once logged in, the new system admin will need to navigate to Settings, and user management and then delete the old system admin.
