Video: How to import your clients' marketing preferences into Smartr365.
There are several ways that you can import your clients' marketing preferences into Smartr365. This includes via our Data import, Bulk update, and Lead Import.
Currently, this functionality is available to System Administrators only.
Follow these simple steps for uploading data to the Data Import:
Visit Settings
Click on Data Import
Click on + Create New Import
Select File Import
Select type: Basic Lead Import
Download the Basic Lead Import template
Provide your data by completing the template in the same format
Once your data is formatted correctly, click on Upload a CSV file to upload the document to the Data Import
The data you've uploaded including the client's preferences will appear
Scroll across the table to see Comms by Email, Comms by Mail, and so forth
The amount of data you're uploading will determine how long the file takes to upload
Click on a case and go to Fact Find -> Personal Details, there you will see the client's preferences updated in the client's Fact Find.
