Manage your introducer network

In order to help grow and manage your introducer network. Introducers can use QR codes, links, text or email to add new leads via the HomeBuyer app. They can then track their leads and the conversion via the Introducer Portal.

How to set up Introducer Users?

System Admin or Manager roles in Smartr365 have access to ‘Introducer’ on the navigation stack.

Start by adding a new introducer company

Now that your branch has been created add the introducer branches and introducer users, to do this select 'Manage Users' on the introducer company you would like to amend.

To add an introduce user select the users tab, click add new user and enter their details.

Once an introducer user is added, they will get an invite to log into the platform and will get access to the Introducer Portal - see the following guide on how to sign up for the first time How do I login for the first time?

Introducer User Roles

Role

Description

Introducer CEO

Sits at the top of the hierarchy and will have view access of all leads send in via the introducer company

Branch Manager

Have view access on all leads sent in via that introducer branch

Negoiators

Negotiators sit in the branch and only have access to view and track their own leads
