How to Set Up Your Third-Party Credentials in Smartr365
Overview
The My Credentials page lets you save your login details for third-party services that integrate with Smartr365. Once saved, you can access these services directly from within the platform without logging in separately each time.
Getting Started
Where to find it: Go to Settings > My Credentials
Who can access it: Advisers, Managers, and Admin Assistants
Available Credential Types
Depending on your firm's configuration, you may see some or all of the following:
Sourcing Brain — For product sourcing through MortgageBrain
Halifax — Username and password for Halifax FMA
Barclays — Username for Barclays integration
Solution Builder — Username and password for Solution Builder
Uinsure — For protection product sourcing
GBG ID3 Global — For identity verification
Legal & General — For L&G commission claims
Openwork — For firms on the Openwork network (Advisers only)
Paymentshield — For Paymentshield referrals
NatWest — For NatWest FMA integration
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to Settings > My Credentials
Find the service you want to configure
Enter your username (and password if required)
Click Save for that credential block
A success message will confirm your credentials have been saved
Tips & Best Practices
Each adviser needs to enter their own personal credentials — these are not shared across the firm
If you change your password with a third-party service, remember to update it here too
Some credential types only appear if your firm has the relevant feature enabled — contact your System Administrator if you expect to see an option that is missing

Q: Why can I not see certain credential options?
A: Credential options are controlled by feature flags enabled for your firm. If you need access to a specific integration, ask your System Administrator to contact Smartr365 support.
