To use the GBG ID3 Global identity verification service in Smartr365, you need to store your GBG credentials in the My Credentials section of Settings.
Steps to add your GBG ID3 credentials
Navigate to Settings > My Credentials in the left-hand navigation bar.
Find and expand the GBG ID3global panel.
Enter your Username and Password as provided by GBG or your network.
Click Save.
How to tell if credentials are saved
A green tick icon next to the panel title means credentials are saved and valid.
A red error icon means the credentials could not be validated.
A pencil icon means you have unsaved changes.
Where to get your credentials
If you are unsure what credentials to use, contact your network or GBG ID3 Global directly. Your network may provide shared credentials, or you may need to register for your own account.
Who can access this
The My Credentials page is available to users with an Adviser, Admin Assistant, or Manager role.
