What is Mailchimp?

Mailchimp is a third-party email marketing platform that integrates with Smartr365, allowing you to use custom email templates when sending emails from within the system.

How the Mailchimp integration works

  1. Create your email templates in Mailchimp using their template editor.

  2. Connect Mailchimp to Smartr365 by entering your Mailchimp API Key in the Branding settings.

  3. Once connected, your Mailchimp templates become available as options when sending emails from Smartr365.

Setting up the integration

  1. Go to Settings from the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Open the Branding page.

  3. In the General Configuration section, find the MailChimp Key field.

  4. Paste your Mailchimp API key and save the form.

You can find your API key in your Mailchimp account under Account Settings > API Keys.

What you can do with it

  • Send branded, professionally designed emails directly from Smartr365.

  • Use templates for client communications, including notes emailed to clients from a case.

  • Maintain consistent branding across all outbound emails.
