No, it is not possible to edit the system-generated automated emails that Smartr365 sends (such as case status notifications and client portal invitations). These emails use a fixed template and text managed by the platform.
What you can customise
While automated system emails cannot be modified, you do have control over campaign emails sent through the Campaigns feature:
Campaigns > Email Templates -- Create and edit your own email templates for client communications such as remortgage reminders or follow-up emails.
Merge tags -- Templates support personalisation using merge tags that automatically populate client and case data. Available merge tags include:
Client details (name, email, telephone)
Adviser details (name, email, qualifications)
Case details (provider name, mortgage amount, follow-up date, property address)
Company branding (logo, disclaimer, colours)
Branding -- Campaign email colours, fonts, logo and disclaimer text are pulled from your firm's branding settings automatically.
To access campaign email templates, go to Campaigns from the main navigation. If you do not see the Campaigns option, your firm may need this feature enabled -- please contact your administrator or Smartr365 support.
