Yes, automated remortgage emails can be turned off, but only at the firm level by the Head of the Firm.
How to request this change
The Head of the Firm must submit a request to the Smartr365 support team by emailing support@smartr365.com.
In the email, clearly state that you wish to disable automated remortgage emails for your firm.
The support team will process the request and confirm once the change has been made.
Important notes
Remortgage emails can only be turned off at the firm level -- they cannot be disabled for individual users or specific clients.
Only the Head of the Firm is authorised to make this request.
If the contact date for a linked remortgage opportunity is in the current month at the time of disabling, any emails already scheduled for that month may still be sent.
