I need to change my login email

To change the email address associated with your Smartr365 login, you will need to contact the support team as this cannot be done self-service.

How to request an email change

  1. Send an email to support@smartr365.com or start a conversation using the chat widget within Smartr365.

  2. Include the following information in your request:

    • Your current login email address

    • The new email address you would like to use

    • Your full name and firm name for verification

  3. The support team will update your login credentials and confirm once the change has been made.

Important notes

  • After your email is changed, you will need to log in using the new email address.

  • If you use a shared login or your account is managed by an administrator, please check with them first before requesting a change.

  • Email changes may take up to one working day to process.
