How to turn off Hometrack emails

You can turn off Hometrack valuation emails from the Branding settings page. This will stop automated property valuation emails being sent to your clients.

Steps to disable Hometrack emails

  1. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select Branding from the settings menu.

  3. Scroll down to the option labelled "Send Hometrack valuation emails to all clients who have completed mortgages?".

  4. Click No to disable the emails.

  5. Click Save to apply the change.

Things to know

  • This setting applies to your entire firm -- it cannot be configured per user or per client.

  • Only users with the System Administrator role can access the Branding settings page.

  • Once disabled, clients who have completed mortgages will no longer receive Hometrack valuation emails from your firm.

  • If you wish to re-enable the emails later, return to the same setting and select Yes.
