How to Customise Your Company Branding in Smartr365

Overview

The Branding settings let you personalise your Smartr365 website with your company's colours, logo, and business information. Changes here will be reflected on your white-labelled Smartr365 site.

Getting Started

Where to find it: Go to Business > Settings > Branding

Who can access it: System Administrators only

General Configuration

On the Branding page, you can configure the following:

  • Business Name - Your company name (read-only, set during onboarding)

  • FCA Number - Your Financial Conduct Authority registration number (6-7 digits)

  • Website URL - Your company website address

  • MailChimp Key - Your MailChimp API key for email marketing integration

  • Hometrack Valuation Emails - Choose whether to send Hometrack valuation emails to clients who have completed mortgages

Email Statements

You can customise the text that appears in the footer of emails sent from Smartr365:

  • Business Network Statement

  • Network Statement

  • Referral Statement

  • Email Disclaimer

Customising Colours

Use the colour pickers to set your brand colours:

  1. Primary Colour - Your main brand colour, used for headers and buttons

  2. Secondary Colour - A complementary colour used for accents

  3. Accent Colour - Used for highlights and interactive elements

Click on each colour picker to select your desired colour. You can enter a hex colour code directly if you know your exact brand colours.

Uploading Images

  • Logo - Upload your company logo. This must be your main company logo. The image must be under 100KB.

  • Favicon - Upload a favicon (the small icon shown in browser tabs). You can also remove an existing favicon using the Remove button.

Saving Changes

  1. Make your desired changes

  2. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

  3. Please allow a few minutes for the changes to be reflected on your website

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use your official brand hex colour codes for consistency

  • Keep your logo image under 100KB for best performance

  • Test your colour choices by viewing your site after saving to ensure good contrast and readability
