Getting Started with the Introducer Portal

Overview

The Introducer Portal is your dedicated space in Smartr365 for referring home buyers to mortgage brokers and tracking the progress of your referrals. From here you can generate QR codes and shareable links, add cases manually, and monitor the status of every referral you make.

Logging In

Log in to Smartr365 using your introducer credentials. You will be taken directly to the Introducer Portal dashboard.

First-Time Setup: Choosing a Broker

The first time you log in, you will be asked to choose the broker you want to refer leads to. Select a broker from the dropdown list and click Create QR Code. This broker will be set as your default for all future referrals.

You can change your selected broker at any time by clicking on the broker name shown beneath your QR code on the dashboard.

Portal Navigation

The header bar at the top of the portal gives you access to:

  • Dashboard — Your main referral hub (visible to Introducer CEO users)

  • Manage Team — Add, edit or remove branches, branch managers and negotiators (visible to Introducer CEO users only)

  • HomeBuyer Hub — Opens the HomeBuyer Hub in a new window

  • Sign Out — Log out of the portal

User Roles

There are three roles in the Introducer Portal, each with different levels of access:

  • Introducer CEO — Full access including team management, all filters (branch, negotiator), and dashboard

  • Branch Manager — Can view the dashboard filtered to their branch, and filter by negotiator

  • Negotiator — Can view the dashboard for their own referrals and filter by broker
