How to Manage Your Introducer Team

Overview

If you are an Introducer CEO, you can manage your team directly from the Introducer Portal. This includes adding, editing and removing branches, branch managers and negotiators.

Getting Started

Where to find it: Click Manage Team in the top navigation bar of the Introducer Portal.

Who can access it: Only users with the Introducer CEO role can see and use the Manage Team feature.

What You Can Do

  • View all users within your introducer company

  • Add new branches, branch managers, and negotiators

  • Edit existing user details

  • Remove users who no longer need access

Tips & Best Practices

  • Keep your team structure up to date so that referral filters work correctly on the dashboard.

  • When a negotiator leaves, remove their access promptly to maintain data security.
