How to Manage Introducer Companies in Smartr365

Overview

Introducer Management lets you create and manage introducer companies that refer business to your firm. You can set up introducer companies, then manage users within each company who can submit leads.

Getting Started

Where to find it: This feature is accessed via Settings > Introducer Management (from the routing path). Note: Introducer management is accessed through the navigation if you have the System Administrator or Manager role.

Who can access it: System Administrators and Managers

Step-by-Step Guide

Viewing Your Introducer Companies

  1. Navigate to the Introducer Companies page

  2. You will see a list of all your introducer companies

  3. Use the search bar to filter by company name

  4. Toggle between table and card view using the view icons

Adding a New Introducer Company

  1. Click the Add button

  2. Enter the company name

  3. Click Save

Editing an Introducer Company

  1. Find the company in the list

  2. Click Edit next to the company

  3. Update the company name as needed

  4. Click Save

Managing Introducer Users

  1. Find the company in the list

  2. Click Manage Users

  3. You can add, edit, or delete users within that introducer company

  4. Introducer users have different roles: Introducer CEO, Branch Manager, and Negotiator

  5. Each introducer user can only have one role in one branch

Tips & Best Practices

  • Each introducer company has its own set of users separate from your brokerage users

  • Deleting an introducer user will invalidate any QR codes they have created

  • Removing a role from an introducer user will also invalidate their QR codes
