Suitability Letter Updates

New tokens added for Home Insurance cases. These include Insurer, Cover Type, Cover Amount, Excess and much more.

We have amended the visibility on the ‘Optional Text’ boxes to help display where these are available to add to your letter.

Minor Updates

‘Hometrack Start Date’ field has been removed from the Mortgage form.

Resolved an issue where the automatic addition of the ‘Remortgage Contact Date’ was not updating correctly. This will auto-populate for you as 4 months in advance of the Remortgage date.

Resolved an issue with remortgage contact date not formatting correctly.
