We discovered that there was an error occurring when users tried to import ongoing cases which had both a Buyer Type and Status of Remortgage. This has now been fixed
The Suitability Letter templates were showing as blank if a user had entered an empty new row into the Needs and Preferences section. We have solved this issue by stripping out these new lines before generating the suitability letter
We found that a lot of users were copying & pasting text from MS word which often contained embedded hidden logic. This was creating issues rendering the letter for a case which often resulted in a pop up error message for the advisor. We have been able to strip out this hidden rich formatting which has resolved this issue
