Halifax integration now supports home mover and existing property journeys

The Smartr365 to Halifax integration for direct DIP decisioning has been extended to include home movers and applicants with existing properties.

In order to access this integration, simply fill in your Halifax credentials in the Settings-> My Credentials screen. Then open the case you want to apply to Halifax with, go to Case Services -> SmartrConnect and select Halifax and DIP direct.

Our Smartr365 error messages will make sure you have completed all the mandatory fields and will guide you back through the fact find if there is missing information.

Direct DIP decisioning means that Halifax will return to Smartr365 the results of the application directly, no re-keying. Even better, your data is sent to the Halifax portal so that its there when you convert to FMA, saving you time with every application.
