Remortgage Emails

We have improved the way Remortgage emails are sent! Until now, Remortgage emails have been sent in batches one the same date each month and were linked to the completed case which means you cannot edit the Remortgage Contact Date field.

The emails now send on the 'Remortgage Contact Date', which is also changeable if you feel the date needs to be different.

Experian

For those of you who use our Experian Integration, we have improved the usage information so you can clearly see how many have been used, and how many remaining.

For those of you who do not use our Experian Integration: Reach out Support who can start the process of getting you signed up!

  • A highly requested change is to allow you to choose which parts of the Credit Report import to the case. We have designed a new modal which allows you to choose the accurate information to import.

  • In anticipation of our upcoming integration with SmartrFX, we have added a new selector field to the Fact Find: 'Is Any part of the deposit in a foreign currency (non Β£ GBP)?' = Yes/No.

  • If you are a System Administrator, you can now see 'Default Client Portal Sections'. This enables you to set default Fact Find sections that clients see when you invite them. Advisers can still change this on a case by case basis.

  • You will now see which applicant is Primary, and which is Secondary on the Case Summary. You will also be able to change the order if required.

To support Halifax FMA applications via SmartrConnect, we have added new fields:

Mortgage Information Section

  1. Is business carried out at the property? Yes/ No

  2. Is more than 60% of the property to be used for business purposes? Yes/ No

  3. Type of Purchase - Drop down options: Normal, Sitting Tenant, Inheritance, Gift, Other, Local Authority (Applicable to Purchase)

  4. Seller - drop down options: Normal, Builder/Developer, Investment Club, Local Authority, New Town Corporation, House Association or RSL, The Coal Authority, Lloyds Banking Group (selling as possessor) (Applicable to Purchase)

  5. Investment Club name (required when Seller = Investment club) (Applicable to Purchase): New drop down options: Add Resale Price Covenant and First Homes to Additional Product drop down

  6. Add Discount Against Market Value (%)

Property Information Section

  1. Number of Acres

  2. Number of bathrooms

  3. Number of habitable rooms

  4. Number of living rooms

  5. Number of separate toilets

  6. Number of off road parking spaces

  7. Number of garage spaces

  8. Does the property have a conservatory?

  9. Central Heating - drop down options: None, Full - Gas, Full - Electricity, Full - Oil, Full - Solid Fuel, Part - Gas, Part - Electricity, Part - Oil, Part - Solid Fuel, Other (Applicable to Remortgage)

  10. Is there road charge liability? (Applicable to Remortgage)

  11. Property to be occupied for the first time in current state? Yes/ No (Applicable to Purchase)

Bug Fixes

  • When creating a case from Demands and Needs section and sourcing, we noticed the case picker disappears and requires additional steps. This now works as expected

  • If you source through SolutionBuilder and 'add to case', the case information now shows whereas it was previously showing blank

  • When submitting applications via SmartrConnect, you may have noticed that the client order could switch around on joint cases. This now keeps the order or Primary/Secondary applicant.
