Export Case Records from Smart Search
We’ve extended the improved Case Data Export functionality to the Search Cases screen, giving you the same flexibility and background processing you already enjoy on the Cases page.
Here’s what’s new:
Choose What to Export
From the search results, you can now export either:
All available columns, or
Only the columns currently visible in your table view.
Exporting LESS than 250 records
Files download automatically to your browser’s default download folder.
Exporting MORE than 250 records
Large exports now run in the background, so you can continue using the platform without interruption.
A confirmation message will appear:
“Your export is being processed. We’ll notify you via the Notifications tab once it’s ready to download from the Data Exports section in Settings.”
Once processing is complete, a notification with a “Go to Data Export” button will take you directly to Settings > Data Export, with Cases pre-selected.
Data Import Failed feedback
We’ve fixed a problem where failed data imports were not clearly surfaced to end users.
Now, when a data import is unsuccessful, the platform will raise a clear failure experience to the end user, ensuring visibility of errors and making it easier to take corrective action.
This improvement ensures that you can quickly see whether your imports were successful or not, without any confusion.
Next Remortgage Contact Date - Buyer Type changes
We’ve fixed a problem where the Next Remortgage Contact Date was not being cleared when changing a case from Remortgage to another Buyer Type (such as First Time Buyer, Purchase, or Raise Funds).
Now, whenever you update the Buyer Type away from Remortgage, the Next Remortgage Contact Date will be automatically cleared, ensuring the case data remains accurate.
