Sourcing Brain Credentials for JMD Firms

If you experience the Error below while using Sourcing Brain, follow the below guidelines for a resolution

If your Sourcing Brain credentials have crossed 90 days since creation, it will be expired. To reset it, please contact Openwork IT team.

If your Sourcing Brain credentials are not working and If it is less than 90 days since creation, then you can contact Sourcing brain to reset your credentials.

Once completed, please re-type your credentials into Smarrt365 Setting Page and Save.
