New Product Type Filter on Cases Page
You can now filter your cases Product Type to help target specific client groups more effectively.
What it does:
A new Product Type filter has been added (next to Follow Up Date)
You can filter by:
Select options individually or in combination
Buy to Let
Regulated
Unregulated
Residential
Filtering logic reflects how each case’s mortgage type has been configured in the fact find.
Works with other filters (e.g. Status, Adviser)
Automatically adapts to smaller screens using a modal, like existing filters
Perfect for sending focused communications or reviewing specific case types.
Live LTV % Now Visible in Mortgage Information
A new LTV % field has been added under Mortgage Amount in the Mortgage Information section.
What it does:
Automatically calculates Loan-to-Value %
Updates in real time as you enter or edit Property Value and Deposit
This gives advisers instant visibility of the LTV without manual calculations.
Smarter Visa Questions Based on Nationality
We’ve improved the nationality and passport section so it’s easier to complete.
Visa questions now only appear if your nationality is not British
If you switch back to "British", any visa answers you've entered will be cleared
This keeps the form relevant and avoids asking unnecessary questions
Dependants Age Now Auto-Calculated
We’ve updated the Dependants section to automatically calculate and display each dependant’s age based on their date of birth.
What’s new:
A new “Age” column appears next to Date of Birth in the Dependants table
Age is automatically calculated when a date of birth is entered or edited
If no date of birth is entered, a “-” placeholder will display in the Age column
This removes the need for manual age calculation and keeps your fact find quicker and more accurate.
Updated Wording and Follow-Up Question in Expenditure Form
We've updated the Expenditure section to improve clarity and capture more detail:
What’s changed:
The field label “Changes Next Five Years?” is now:
“Do you anticipate your expenditure to increase over the next five years?”
If you select Yes, a new follow-up question appears:
“How much will your monthly expenditure increase by?”
Accepts numeric values only (with decimals)
Range: greater than 0 up to 999,999,999.99
If you change your answer back to No, the increase amount will be cleared
Capture Contract End Date for Fixed-Term and Contractor Roles
We’ve added a new Current Contract End Date field to support lender requirements when applicants are on fixed-term or contractor employment.
What’s new:
The field appears when:
Employment Type is Fixed-Term Contract, or
Self-Employment Type is Contractor
Accepts valid future dates via the Smartr date picker
The field is optional — users can proceed without completing it
Where it's displayed:
Adviser Portal – under Current Employment
Client Portal – editable by the client
This ensures more complete employment records for lenders without disrupting your workflow.
