Introducing Maia
Maia (Mortgage AI Agent) brings the same powerful AI technology that already drives Smart Search, Doc Drop Box, and Case Import to even more of your Smartr experience.
What changed:
The chat beacon on the right-hand side of the screen is now powered by Maia, replacing the previous support chat launcher.
You can ask Maia questions about how to use Smartr365 and get instant answers drawn from our help centre content.
Maia understands the context of the page you are on and can provide relevant guidance.
If Maia cannot answer your question, you can still reach the support team directly through the same chat interface.
